Brian has been doing youth ministry for over 12 years and graduated with his Masters of Divinity from George Fox University. Brian and Victoria met over 8 years ago when Brian asked Victoria if she would consider being a summer camp counselor for Suttle Lake...albeit 2 days before the camp was to start and Brian had just lost a previous counselor to illness. Victoria later became a regular volunteer and then the youth intern...all the time giving Brian a run for his money. Brian first learned about Alex from a phone conversation with Victoria about two years ago ("What's a Duffey?") and then got to meet with Alex a handful of times over the last year, including being given the scoop on the proposal BEFORE he popped the question to Victoria! Brian now lives in Tualatin, OR with his wife Alison, new son Tyler, and patron saint of the family, Toby the Westie.
